Google made its 25th manual update to Panda in March 2013 and then announced a few days later that this would be the last manual update. It will continue to update Panda, but these updates will be a part of Google’s rolling updates instead of periodic manual updates.

This means that websites will not see sudden changes in search engine rankings, but there will be smaller changes happening more often. It would be better for webmasters to look at general trends instead of sudden changes when tracking the rankings of their websites.
